Shirley Dyer

Shirley has the distinction of being the only senior girl who comes from Milo. She is so quiet during the school day that one hardly notices her presence, but after school one wouldn't know her to be the same person.

Right after graduation I moved from my home town of Atkinson, ME to Waltham, MA and went to work for Raytheon Company.

On June 29, 1957 I married Charles Nash from Watertown, MA.

On September 1958 our first son Shawn was born ... On November 1960 a daughter named Shari was born ... on March 1965 our youngest son Matthew was born.

Shawn is married and has three children. Sari (Nash) Rocca is married and has two children. Matthew is still looking for the perfect wife.

For years I made and sold crafts. Then I became a License Day Care Provider. Now my hobby is quilt making.

My husband took an early retirement in 1989. We were looking for a new venture and joined a Square Dance Club.

Since 1989 we have been able to spend our summers in Maine at our little cottage in Atkinson, Maine.

We have lived at our present home in Watertown, MA since 1962
